Invoice checklist
Read the invoice as a purchase record.
The public website shows browsing information and currency estimates. The confirmed invoice is where the payable amount, currency and commercial scope must be stated.
Buyer
Your name or company and destination details are correct.
Vehicle
Stock reference, make/model and chassis details identify the intended car.
Commercial terms
Price, currency, named port and included or excluded charges are clear.
Beneficiary
The account name and bank details match the verified payment instructions.
Reference
Use the invoice or vehicle reference requested for payment matching.
Conditions
Reservation, cancellation and refund conditions are understood before transfer.
Fraud prevention
Treat changed details as a warning, not an instruction.
A convincing email can still be fraudulent. Verify through a phone number or conversation you already trust—not the contact details inside the suspicious message.

Bank charges
Ask what must arrive.
Your bank or intermediary banks may deduct fees. Confirm whether the invoice requires the full invoiced amount to reach the beneficiary.
Reservation
An enquiry does not hold a car.
Reservation depends on current availability, seller conditions, cleared funds and explicit confirmation from NTC.
Cancellation
Read the applicable terms first.
Costs may already be committed after purchase, auction or booking. Review the invoice conditions and website terms.
